Passed Hors D’oeuvres
- Caprese Skewers – Tomato, Fresh Mozzarella, Fresh Basil with a drizzle of Balsamic glaze
- Cornmeal Fried Oysters on Shredded Seasonal Greens with Tabasco Lemon Aioli
7-9pm – BUFFET
- Mixed Spring Greens tossed with Fresh Strawberries, Blue Cheese Crumbles, Roasted Pecans, & Strawberry Vinaigrette
- Smoked Prime Rib, Mushroom Au Jus, served with soft rolls
- Garlic Mashed Potatoes
- Gulf Shrimp (No SHELLS!!) sauteed in a Butter, Lemon, Worcestershire Sauce and Fresh Herb Sauce served over Creamy Southern Grits
