Alexis Davis is the Director of Clinical Practice at CrescentCare, where she leads multi-site clinical operations across primary care and community health programs. In this role, she is responsible for optimizing care delivery, strengthening patient access, and driving performance across diverse patient populations with a focus on equity and quality outcomes.

With a strong foundation in healthcare operations, Alexis brings expertise in FQHC environments, provider performance management, and population health strategy. She has a proven track record of implementing data-driven initiatives that improve both operational efficiency and patient experience: including significantly increasing patient satisfaction, reducing no-show rates, and enhancing provider productivity through strategic scheduling and workflow redesign.

Prior to joining CrescentCare, Alexis held leadership roles within Ochsner Health, where she oversaw high-volume clinical operations and access functions supporting over 120 providers and thousands of patient interactions weekly. Her leadership is grounded in building high-performing teams, fostering accountability, and aligning clinical operations with organizational goals.

Alexis holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) with a concentration in Health Equity and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Health Science (DHSc). She is committed to advancing innovative, patient-centered care models and positioning healthcare organizations for sustainable growth and impact.
