RecoveryWorks Intensive Outpatient Program

At CrescentCare, we understand the challenges that come with overcoming addiction and are committed to supporting individuals in their journey towards recovery. Our intensive outpatient addiction recovery program is designed to provide a high level of support and structure while allowing individuals to continue living their daily lives. Our team of experienced providers will work with each patient to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses their unique needs and challenges. Our program includes a combination of individual therapy, group counseling, and holistic therapies such as yoga and meditation to support the mind, body, and spirit. We also provide access to resources such as support groups and aftercare planning to ensure that patients have the tools they need to maintain their recovery after the program is complete.
