Ida Updates

CrescentCare location status:

  • CrescentCare's New Orleans locations will both be open for scheduled appointments only beginning Thursday, Sept. 9. Avita Pharmacy at both locations and the Food for Friends pantry will also be open. We're unable to offer COVID vaccines, tests, walk-in HIV testing at this time.

A note to our patients on medication:

  • If your pharmacy is not operational or you are no longer in the New Orleans area, you should be able to visit the same pharmacy chain but in a different location (such as Walgreens or Avita) and speak to the pharmacist to have your prescription transferred. If this is not possible, call us at 504-821-2601.
  • Si su farmacia no está operativa o ya no se encuentra en el área de Nueva Orleans, debería poder visitar la misma cadena de farmacias pero en una ubicación diferente (como Walgreens o Avita) y hablar con el farmacéutico para que le transfieran la receta.
