Dr. Ivester received a Doctor of Medicine degree in 2012 from the University of California San Francisco and completed residency training in Internal Medicine at Tulane University in New Orleans. Prior to joining CrescentCare in 2022, Dr. Ivester worked as a Primary Care physician at Ochsner Medical Center for 6 years. Specializing in primary care for people with complex/chronic medical issues, gender-affirming care, and preventive health care, Dr. Ivester has been proud to call New Orleans home since 2012 and is passionate about community-based and patient-centered care.
