Margaret Quick has worked at CrescentCare as a registered nurse since 2020. This spring, she graduated from the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Frontier Nursing University, earning a Master of Science in Nursing. She is originally from Minnesota and received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in gender studies from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI in 2010. Margaret has worked as a nurse for over a decade, beginning her career in solid-organ transplant and intrapartum/postpartum acute care settings. She then worked as a nurse home visitor with Nurse Family Partnership, traveling throughout Southeast Louisiana to provide support and health education to pregnant and parenting people. Margaret’s interests include affirming, inclusive, and accessible community health. In her free time, she enjoys trying new recipes, playing soccer, lifting medium weights, and being an aunt to the most perfect angel babies.
