CrescentCare offers behavioral health counseling, substance use counseling, and psychiatry to any individual receiving medical care at a CrescentCare site. Services are offered in individual and group sessions by licensed mental health professionals.

Gender services

CrescentCare is pursuing many new strategies to best serve the Transgender Community. Our qualified providers treat all patients, regardless of gender or identity, with respect and compassion. We employ an informed consent model to decrease barriers to care and increase access to Hormone Access for the Trans Community, and created a Transgender Advisory Committee among our Transgender staff. In November of 2017, we launched our Gender Clinic, a full-day primary care clinic devoted to all clients along the gender spectrum. It is staffed by a highly-trained provider and nurse care coordinator. We are planning to open a second day of Gender Clinic in March of 2018.
