Dr. Odoms, a NJ native, is a proud graduate of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey where she earned degrees in Mathematics and Education. A former high school math teacher, middle school track coach, and assistant dean, she later went on to pursue her medical and public health education at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN. With a passion for children and adults, she completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami in FL and moved to New Orleans to join her immediate family. Dr. Odoms enjoys adolescents, helping adults live their best life, and empowering the community at large through motivational counseling and support as a primary care physician.
